Qualification

  • You have a business qualification and ideally know the back-office processes in security processing and/or fund accounting
  • Ideally, you already had your first contact with withholding tax
  • You value and maintain open, honest and appreciative communication
  • You are able to have a conversation with customers and service providers in English and German on a professional level
  • Your work ethic is characterized by commitment and professionalism
  • The use of MS Office applications doesn't provide any challenge for you
  • You are a team player and can also successfully take on tasks independently and on your own responsibility

Responsibility

  • You create, process and check the quality of the refund requests within Focus Bank (withholding tax)
  • You prepare static and transaction data according to the recipient's needs and ensure completeness
  • You like to communicate with the customer and the team
  • You coordinate and monitor data and document requirements with the respective custodians / fund accountants / depositaries
  • You ensure complete documentation, indexing and archiving of records
  • You maintain and update comprehensive client reporting
  • You shape our company with your personality
