At Plutoneo, we are taking the next step in terms of sustainability and sustainable action. We will voluntarily participate in The Sustainability Code (Deutscher Nachhaltigskeitskodex). We are currently in the process of formulating our sustainability strategy and defining concrete measures.
For us, this includes implementing our sustainability goals effectively and efficiently. By introducing suitable internal measures, we want to ensure effectiveness. Furthermore, we would like to achieve efficiency by providing a high participation rate of our employees in these measures. It is therefore essential to know the needs of our employees. The more employees we can inspire, the more significant our socio-ecological contribution.
