Job Description

As a service, we at Plutoneo take over typical back office processes of securities processing from our clients (e.g. reclaiming withholding taxes, support in class actions, in invoice control and in the management of other service providers). In this way, we create the necessary freedom and focus for our clients to actively shape their value creation activities. For this field of activity, we are looking for motivated employees who would like to fully develop their potential with us.

Qualification

  • You have completed an economic education or a corresponding degree in the financial sector
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in the securities business or in back and middle office processes
  • At best, you have gained experience in the area of withholding tax or are willing to acquire expertise in this field
  • You value and maintain open, honest and appreciative communication
  • Your work ethic is characterized by commitment and professionalism
  • You have very good English and German skills
  • You are a team player and can also successfully take on tasks independently and on your own responsibility
  • The use of MS Office applications doesn't provide any challenge for you
  • You have the desire to grow together and help shape the company

Responsibility

  • You support our customers in the operative day-to-day business and take over your own work packages in the process
  • You receive inquiries from the customer, analyze them and drive them forward until they are clarified in terms of content and solution
  • You are known by the client and represent Plutoneo to them
  • You coordinate and monitor potential data and document requests to the respective custodians, fund accountants, tax advisors and or legal counsel
  • You maintain and create comprehensive client reporting
  • You ensure complete documentation and digital archiving of records
  • You shape our company with your personality
